Yes — majority of our products are preorder exclusives. Estimated shipping timeframes will be listed clearly on each product page.
Shipping
As long as the shipping label hasn't been printed and the order hasn't shipped, you can change your shipping address by emailing us. Please send any address changes the month before boxes are expected to ship.
We currently ship from the UK. International orders are welcome, and we’re working toward US distribution in the future!
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note: international buyers are responsible for any customs/import fees that may apply.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
If you’ve purchased a preorder, estimated shipping windows will be listed on the product page. In-stock items such as merchandise typically ship within 5–7 business days.

Refunds & Returns
Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer cancellations, returns, or refunds.
While we’re not responsible for any damage that occurs in transit, we totally understand how disappointing that can be. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out and we can advise the appropriate carrier or claims process.
